1. Preparation work for the rotary excavator cutter manufacturer: Collect the rated quantity of forgings, alloy heads, copper welding plates, snap springs, and packaging drums according to the order. Start up and check if the water pump, cooling tower, conveyor belt and other equipment are running normally. Check if the concentration of quenching liquid is appropriate, check if the cooling water in the water tank is sufficient, and heat up the tempering furnace in advance. Set the temperature according to the hardness requirements and prepare for production.
2. Printing labels: Print the production date at the bottom of the forging and keep production records. Adjust the air pressure of the computer and the marker before printing.
3. Workpiece cleaning: Check whether there are dust, oil stains, and other dirt inside the forging hole, and whether there are any scratches on the hole opening. Clean promptly if there are any problems.
4. Loading solder pads: Load solder pads in the labeled workpiece according to the given amount, and the number of solder pads should be loaded according to the actual forging specifications.
5. Applying flux: Mix an appropriate concentration of flux and evenly apply the flux on the top of the workpiece and the alloy head.
6. Forging heating: Press the "main power on" button on the IGBT to start the main power, turn the control switch to the "remote" position, turn on the "inverter" switch in the remote operation box, slowly adjust the "power adjustment" switch to the specified power to start production. When the cutting tooth reaches the outlet of the induction ring, probe whether the temperature is between 920-950 ℃, and adjust the power in time if there is any error.
7. Squeeze welding head: After the copper solder melts, squeeze the alloy head to evenly wrap the melted solder around the alloy head, so that the product meets the necessary technical requirements.
8. Cutting quenching: The temperature of the quenching solution (below 45 ℃) is strictly controlled during the process of entering an appropriate concentration of quenching pool for welded forgings.
9. Workpiece tempering: Temper the cutting teeth according to the set temperature, replace the frame containing the workpiece in a timely manner, and cool the tempered cutting teeth at room temperature.
10. Workpiece shot blasting: Shot blasting is performed on tempered workpieces and the product is checked for compliance. Unqualified products are picked out and repaired in the next production process.
11. Install snap ring: Qualified cutting teeth should be equipped with snap ring according to the requirements. During this period, the oiling machine should be heated up and the anti rust oil should be checked for adequacy.
12. Workpiece oiling: When the oiling machine reaches the appropriate temperature, evenly place the cutting teeth on the track for oiling, so that the rust proof oil is evenly applied to the cutting teeth.
13. Cutting teeth packaging: Pack qualified cutting teeth in barrels and caps according to a certain quantity. And paste the certificate of conformity and trademark, and keep production records after storage. The manufacturer of coal mining machine cutting teeth must conscientiously implement the above operations, strictly follow the process standards for production, do a good job in process quality control, inspect self inspection, mutual inspection, and overall inspection (first inspection) system, maintain timely, accurate, clear, and complete quality records, and ensure product quality.
